Chapatti stuffed with gahat dal
Soak 25 grammes of the dal overnight, and then finely grind it along with ginger and garlic. Cook the dal till it becomes thick. When it cools down, add salt and spices to taste. Then stuff it in a dough ball, and roll it out like any stuffed paratha.
Soup of gahat dal
Soak 25 grammes of the dal overnight, and then boil it for 30 minutes after adding salt to taste. After the dal cools down, grind it with ample amount of water.
