Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Chadha Papers Limited Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 20/09/2016 regarding withdrawal of consent to operate for Chadha Papers Limited a waste paper industry by UPPCB for flouting pollution norms.
National Green Tribunal directs thhe waste paper industry to obtain authorization from the Central Ground Water Authority comply with all the conclusions/observations and pollution controlling measures as stated in the Joint Inspection Report dated 6th April, 2016 including dismantling of digesters and submit a report of compliance to the CPCB and UPPCB.
