Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) dated 12/01/2017 regarding utilisation of fly ash generated by thermal power plants, Chhattisgarh. NGT directs the Ministry of Environment and Forest & CC , the National Highway Authority and the generators of fly ash thermal power plants to have a joint meeting and find ways and means for utilisation of fly ash for construction of the road in the light of the notification of the MoEF in 2009/2016
