Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding utilisation of fly ash, 24/01/2017
Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Co. Ltd. Vs. CG Environment Conservation Board & Others dated 24/01/2017 regarding utilisation of fly ash. The Counsel for the MoEF is directed to enquire from the Ministry with regard to the directions issued by the Tribunal on 22nd November, 2016 in respect of the projects for which EC are being granted and condition of utilisation of fly ash being incorporated as one of the condition in EC itself, wherever it is feasible to this effect are also required to be provided under the draft EIA report.
