Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of T. N. Godavarman Thirumulpad Vs Union of India & Others dated 03/02/2017 regarding environmental clearance for proposed Matheran Ropeway project at Village Bhutivali – Garbut – Madhavji point at Matheran, Tehsil Karjat, District Raigad, Maharashtra being developed by M/s. Matheran Ropeway Pvt. Ltd.
Supreme Court directs the concerned authorities including the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change to consider the Application and take a final decision within a period of four weeks.
