Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Dileep B.Nevatia V/s Union of India & Others dated 01/03/2017 regarding CRZ clearance to Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (MTHL) project across Mumbai Harbour.
Only surviving issue is the compliance of the directions to the MoEF to consider the issue relating to applicability of Environmental Regulation, 2006, effect on mangroves, flamingos and mudflats, besides other impacts while dealing with the application for CRZ clearance afresh.
