Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Almitra H. Patel & Anr. Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 23/05/2017 regarding waste management in Delhi.
NGT directs NCT, Delhi and all the four Municipal Corporations and Delhi Cantonment Board to be present before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing and inform the court their proposal for dealing with the dumps of waste lying in various corners of Delhi particularly at Bhalswa, Ghaziapur and Okhla.
