Union of India & Others dated 12/07/2017 regarding inadequate solid waste management practiced by hotels and malls in Delhi. The counsel appearing for the MoEF submits that he will seek instruction whether M/s. Lemon Tree Hotel has been inspected or not. No reply to the show cause notice has been filed. NGT grants last opportunity to file the reply.
