Monitoring of total volatile organic compounds and particulate matter in an indoor environment

Indoor air pollution in the workplace is considered as one of the most potential environment risks to an occupant’s health. Office employees are exposed to airborne pollutants that include particulate matter (PM), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), gases chemicals and microorganisms originating from indoor and ourdoor sources. Exposure to PM and VOCs is likely to be higher in the workplace than outdoors due to the amount of time people spend in the indoor environment.
