Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of New Haryana Bricks and Tile Kiln, Owners Association Vs Environment Pollution (Prevention & Control) Authority & Others dated 19/11/2018. 
This application is from an association of brick kilns in Haryana seeks direction to the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) to close the brick kilns in Haryana from November 2018 to January 2019 and permit operation of the brick kilns from February to September 2019. National Green Tribunal while disposing of the application stated that the letter of the State Pollution Control Board dated 02/11/2018 has directed closure of the brick kilns from November 2018 and only permitted brick kilns who have converted to zigzag process to operate. Thus no further orders are necessary.
