Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of HL City, Bahadurgarh Vs State of Haryana dated 02/01/2019 regarding illegal use of solid waste dumping area to burn industrial waste, plastic, rubber and medical waste near Naya Gaon, Badli road, Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
NGT directs Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) and the Municipal Committee, Bahadurgarh to jointly look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a report to the Tribunal.
