Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Joshi Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 02/01/2019 regarding plastic polythene bags being used by shopkeepers in Vasant Kunj, Massodpur and Mahipalpur markets.
NGT directs Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to look into the matter and take appropriate action.
