Order of the National in the matter of Rajiv Chopra, General Secretary, Pant Nagar Residents’ Welfare Association Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 09/01/2019 regarding three wheelers more than 20 years old are being illegally operated in Pant Nagar, Jangpura, Delhi.
NGT directs the DCP, Traffic, South East District, New Delhi and the Regional Transport Officer of the area look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
