Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding e-waste godowns run in Gokulpuri, Delhi, 15/01/2019
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Gali No. 11, Bhagirathi Vihar, Gokulpuri Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 15/01/2019 regarding e-waste godowns being run in Gokulpuri, Delhi, causing lot of pollution and adversely affecting the health of the public.
NGT directs Delhi Pollution Control Board (DPCC) and East Delhi Municipal Corporation to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report to the Tribunal.
