Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of R.K. Seth Vs State of Chhatisgarh dated 25/03/2019 regarding dangerous and unsafe mining activity generating dust by GTP, a coal transport company in Gevra Kurmunts & Deepika Project of SECL at District Korba, Chhattisgarh.
The NGT directs the Chhattisgarh State Pollution Control Board (CSPCB) to look into the matter, take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter within one month.
