Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jeff Clarks Vs State of Goa dated 16/04/2019 regarding noise pollution by resorts on the Morjim beach (Rockwater Station, Somalife, Refresh, Marbella, Yogis Frozen Sand Resort and Octopuss), Goa.
NGT directs Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter within two months.
