This document is in compliance with the orders dated 12/04/2019 of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, in the matter of Original Application No. 804/2017: Rajiv Narayan & Anr. Vs Union of India & Ors wherein the directions of the Hon’ble Tribunal includes preparation of guidelines or protocol on how to decide a material to be a byproduct.
