Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding illegal blasting and mining, Bhilwada, Rajasthan, 10/10/2019
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Balkrishan Vyas Vs State of Rajasthan dated 10/10/2019 regarding illegal blasting and mining by M/s Jindal Saw Ltd., Bhilwada, Rajasthan. The Tribunal had sought a factual and action taken report from the SDM, Bhilwada and Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) on the matter. The report submitted acknowledged vibrations but was unable to specify the cause. In addition to it, the District Magistrate Bhilwada had constituted a team of experts on July 2019 and report is awaited.
The District Magistrate has been directed to furnish the report of the Committee along with the action taken report.
