Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Madansingh Chauhan Vs State of Rajasthan dated 17/10/2019 regarding Bhagwati Stone Crusher in village Subaki, District Bharatpur, Rajasthan located within 200 meters of a school and close to habitation.
The Tribunal directed the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and submit a report.
