Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Satish Kumar & Others Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 17/10/2019 regarding operation of brick kilns by using softwood, plastic and dung cakes causing air pollution in village Makimpur Gadi, District Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The NGT directed the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) to look into the matter and take appropriate action and file a report within a month.
