Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Aavin Kumar Chadgal & Others Vs Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir & Others dated 13/11/2019 regarding expansion of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court premises by using the forest land without following the due process of law.
The Tribunal directed the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Jammu & Kashmir to furnish a factual and action taken report on the matter within one month.
