Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kripakar Mishra Vs Union of India & Others dated 09/01/2020 regarding illegal dumping of solid waste near village Raup, Majholi Padadi, Sonbhadhra District Hospital and the protected forest area in Robertganj.
The NGT directed the District Magistrate, Sonbhadhra and the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) to submit a factual and action taken report in the matter within one month.
