Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Friends through its General Secretary Vs Ministry of Water Resources dated 10/01/2020 regarding policy for use of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Technology in the country.
The NGT grants Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) two months time as period for circulation of the draft notification, inviting comments, finalization of notification and obtaining approval from Ministry of Law and Justice.
