Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gram Panchayat ARABA Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 31/01/2020 regarding industrial units extracting underground water illegally in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board has been directed to initiate action against 55 units, which were found by Central Ground Water Authority to have been extracting water illegally and seal the units.
