Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding brick kilns in Baghpat district, Uttar Pradesh, 17/02/2021
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vikas Singh Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 17/02/2021. The issue for consideration was the remedial action against illegal operation of brick kilns in district Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh where 600 brick kilns were illegally operating.
The NGT directed the concerned authorities to ensure compliance against operation of brick kilns and disposed of the application.
