This third survey in the series shows that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact societies, not only in terms of health, but also social and economic conditions and day-to-day life. The PERC survey was conducted by phone with approximately 24,000 people across 19 Member States in five geographical regions between 5-19 February 2021. Countries were selected to balance regional representation and ease of survey implementation. Trend data in this report compares findings from the current survey to the previous survey conducted in August 2020. All trend comparisons exclude Morocco, which was not surveyed in August 2020. The weighted national sample size in each of the surveyed Member States in August 2020 and in February 2021 was 1,200 completed interviews
