The Green Tribunal directed Municipal Corporation Howrah to file report on Howrah Wholesale Fish market Howrah Municipal Corporation was directed by the NGT to file on record the action plan and guidelines framed by it to be followed by the Howrah Wholesale Fish market in the process of carrying on its operations in an environmentally clean atmosphere.
The NGT felt it was necessary to constitute a committee to assist the Howrah Municipal Corporation in the preparation of its action plan and guidelines. The committee has been directed to submit its report within four weeks.
