Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding cutting of trees while widening a road, Udaipur, Rajasthan, 05/07/2023
The NGT, July 5 directed a joint committee to look into the matter of trees being cut while widening the road from 60 feet to 80 feet from village Hawala Khurd to Shilp Gram, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
A factual and action taken report will have to be filed within six weeks, said the court order.
