Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Amendment Rules, 2023
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) has announced the introduction of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Amendment Rules, 2023. These rules have come into effect from 12th July, 2023. The rules aim to update and refine the regulations governing the management and transboundary movement of hazardous and other wastes.
