Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023
The Government of Rajasthan on October 05, 2023, notified Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. The following has been amended - Substitution of rule 83- The Government may rehabilitate the lessee or licensee whose mining lease or quarry license has been prematurely terminated under sub-section (2) of section 4A of the Act after relaxing the provisions of these rules. The Government may make an appropriate scheme for waiving off any dues or any other amount in the public interest.
