Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Amendment Rules, 2024
Ministry of Mines has issued a notification dated 21st January 2024, amending the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. The new rules, titled “Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Amendment Rules, 2024,” introduce significant changes aimed at regulating exploration licenses, extensions, and other aspects of mineral concession.
