SIXTOK ROXAS
SIXTOK ROXAS, an economist with an abiding in the optimal role of communities in the management of resources, is chariperson of the Foundation for Community Organization and Management Technology a non-governmental organistion in the Philippines. His across-the-board professional of the American Express International Bank in the early 1970s.
Through his stint in the philippines' government service, Roxas was pivotal in pirvatising the Industrial Development Centr, a productivity centre (a vehivle for development supported by the US Agecy for Intrenational Development) that was renamed the Economic Development Foundaion. With hte help of a budget of approximately $4 million, the foundation has sponsored hte Philippine Business for Social Progress, an organisation with a 'radical' social-business brief that is self-explanatiry.
