Cold wave sweeps State
BHUBANESWAR: Orissa shivered as the unrelenting cold wave swept large parts of the State with mercury dipping further and further. While Phulbani recorded 4 degree Celsius, the coldest of the season for the State, there were reports of the hilly Tensa area in Sundargarh district had recorded a near-zero temperature.
