Global Environment Outlook – GEO-6: healthy planet, healthy people

The most comprehensive and rigorous assessment on the state of the environment completed in the last five years warned damage to the planet is so dire that people's health will be increasingly threatened unless urgent action is taken. Produced by 250 scientists and experts from more than 70 countries, the report -- Sixth Global Environmental Outlook -- is special because it combines information from all environmental issues as well as links up with health consequences of environmental problems.
