CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government on Tuesday decided to advance by five days the paddy transplantation season in the State because of the likelihood of an early monsoon. Now the season will start on June 10 instead of June 15, said Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda after chairing a meeting of the State level Coordination Committee for Agricultural Production for Kharif 2009.
