Govt told to file affidavit on SEZ issue by March 29
The High Court of Bombay at Goa today directed the state government to file an affidavit by March 29 on the Special Economic Zone issue even as some of the SEZ promoters questioned the authority of Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) to cancel lease agreements. The companies also pointed out that the notice issued to them was not a show cause notice.
