Some persons played mischief by setting up industrial waste on fire behind Naval Auditorium Rajhans-Dabolim, Vasco, on Sunday afternoon. Panic gripped the residents of the area, when huge smoke erupted and soon the industrial waste slowly and steadily engulfed the dry grass.
