Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding 10 years old diesel vehicles plying in NCT, Delhi, 13/04/2015

  • 12/04/2015

Considering request of the Delhi government, NGT has stayed for two weeks its order  to impound old diesel vehicles plying in the capital city for more than 10 years.

The green tribunal also sought suggestions from the state government on providing incentives to those transferring/scrapping old, polluting diesel vehicles and on fixing a cap on the number of vehicles to be registered in the capital.
