Everybody always suspected that DTC buses were polluting, but there was nothing to substantiate it. Of the 12 DTC buses that were checked at Ashram chowk today, 10 failed the pollution under control (PUC) test. This was a random check carried out by the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) with the transport department.
