The film Nagara Nyrmalaya by G S Bhaskar is Kannada short film of 12 minutes, on solid waste management is a Grassroot Media and ESG production. The film could just be what Bangaloreans need to understand community participation in waste management. And not the least because it evades a typical documentary approach.
