Jamshedpur, Oct. 5: After around two decades, Jharkhand can look forward to complete the much-awaited canal under its ambitious Subernerakha Multipurpose Project, which cuts across Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary. Members of the state wildlife board, a statutory body that looks after matters related to wildlife and conservation, will meet in the state capital on October 7 to give a nod to the 96sq km of land within sanctuary premises needed for the canal.
