Pune July 04 Making a complete volte-face, the department of the legal advisor of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) changed its stance on the 24x7 water supply project on Friday. While the legal adviser's earlier opinion submitted to the PMC last month said that a consortium cannot legally apply for the consulting of the project, it has now changed the stance and said, "It is perfect, and there is no problem in handing over the work to the consortium, since the tender document itself mentions that a consortium can apply for the post.'
