Over two hundred organisation will participate in the three-day national convention for education beginning in the city on Thursday . The convention aims at pushing through the 83rd amendment bill in the Winter Session of Parliament that seeks to make free and compulsory education a fundamental right by inserting Article 21A in the Costitution.
