Siddaramaiah: The Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Siddaramiah, today announced in the Legislative Council that a committee had been formed to study the issue of charging tariff on water supplied from irrigation projects, crop pattern to be adopted and returns that the Government was likely to get from its investment in the irrigation sector.
