Four testing agencies have been assigned the task of testing and certifying whether motor vehicles conform to the Euro II standards. Modalities in this regard are being worked out. A preparatory meeting in this regard was held at the surface trasport ministry on Tuesday. Euro II norms are to be enforced in Delhi from next year, five years ahead of the schedule.
