Four lakh saplings would be planted on roadsides and vacant land of panchayats in the Fatehgarh district. Presiding over a district officers meeting at Bachat Bhavan, Mr Vikas Partap, Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib, directed officers concerned to remove the encroachments on road sides so that the trees may be planted by the Forest Department.
