The Punjab Government is to launch a project aimed at reviving the woods around Anandpur Sahib on an area of 285 acres. This will help maintain the ecological balance. The project was cleared at a high-level meeting of the Anandpur Sahib Urban Development Authority (ASUDA), presided over by Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal at Anandpur Sahib.
