A mutual understanding among the five nations of this region can generate 30 thousand mega watt of electricity from a waterfall located between Arunachal province of India and eastern Tibet in China. The ambitious project, which needs 40 billion US dollars and a strong political will among India, China, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal, can change the fate of more than 300 million people of the countries having no access to electricity.
