The Himachal Chief Minister, Mr Prem Kumar Dhumal, said in Shimla yesterday that Rs 856 crore would be utilised under the tribal subplan for the development of tribal areas in the Tenth five Year Plan. He said out of this Rs 156 crore would be spent during the current year.
