The Automotive Component Manufacturer's Association of India (ACMA) has submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister, seeking intervention of the Government in postponing the effect of the recent Supreme Court order banning registration of passenger cars which do not conform to Euro-II emission norms in the National Capital Region(NCR).
